There is much more to the ancient city of Angkor than the famous Angkor wat temple. If you are a fan of action movies such as Lara Croft- Tomb Raider & Indiana Jones, its likely you will recognize some of these. A photographers dream, well preserved History, a must visit!
What to pack?
Carry Light, a backpack will come handy. Bring light, cool clothes, since Siem Reap can get very hot. A good pair of shoes, a cap,Bug Repellent. A good camera, Batteries for camera, Hand wipes, meds, Umbrella and a flashlight for your early morning sunrise, have to set out at 4am!The official currency is Riels, But US dollars are more appreciated, keep a riels for transport.Get a temple pass done once depending on your tour duration. Passes are avail for 1 day, 3 days or 7 days.

Day 2

AM: An early start to watch sun rise at Pre Rup temple that we almost can own the place then PM :visit Banteay Srey temple, Kbal Spean (thousand lingas river), Ta Phrom (the jungle temple)...Sun Set at Angkor Wat/Phnom Bakheng hill.

Day 3
AM: Sun rise at Angkor Wat.

PM: An exploration to Tonle Sap lake by motorboat (the largest fresh water lake in Asia) to see its floating village(shops, school...), sculpture workshop to see the modern artisants making new statues/sculpture in stone and wood, city tour and shopping
